CannonBalm Wholesale Terms

1. ACCOUNT APPROVAL

Wholesale access is available only to businesses approved by CannonBalm. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Wholesale access is linked to the approved business account and may not be transferred to another business without CannonBalm's approval.

2. WHOLESALE PRICING

Standard wholesale jar products are priced at 50% of the current Australian retail price in AUD. Overseas wholesale prices use the Australian retail price and exclude the USA retail tariff allowance. Wholesale prices may change when the corresponding Australian retail price changes.

3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum order quantity is 6 units per SKU / size variant. Different sizes are separate MOQ lines and do not combine to meet the minimum.

4. WHOLESALE PRODUCTS

The launch wholesale catalogue includes standard jar variants of ULTIMATE, MUSCLE-AID and MAGIC TOUCH. Other formats or products are not included unless CannonBalm separately makes them available to the business account.

5. PAYMENT

Australian wholesale orders are paid at checkout with flat-rate postage. International wholesale orders are submitted for review without payment. We add postage and applicable import tariffs (USA only) to the final invoice, which must be paid before dispatch. Any credit or deferred-payment arrangement must be separately approved by CannonBalm for that business.

6. SHIPPING

Australian wholesale orders are charged A$15 flat-rate shipping.

International wholesale postage and applicable import tariffs (USA only) are quoted after ordering and added at cost to the final invoice. No payment is taken when the overseas wholesale order is submitted.

7. APPROVED RESALE CHANNELS

Wholesale is for approved physical retail shops, clinics and professional practices. Online-only resellers are not eligible. Approved professional-use customers may use CannonBalm in their clinic or practice and supply their clients directly.

Sales channels must be approved by CannonBalm. Wholesale access does not grant permission to sell through online marketplaces.

8. CANNONBALM BRAND + PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Wholesale partners must represent CannonBalm products accurately. CannonBalm branding, product imagery and supplied marketing materials must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the product, packaging, claims or brand.

9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

If a wholesale order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact CannonBalm promptly with the order details so the issue can be assessed and resolved. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. WHOLESALE ACCESS

CannonBalm may suspend or withdraw wholesale access where these terms are breached, account information is materially inaccurate, or the account is being used outside the approved wholesale arrangement.
