RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want buying from CannonBalm to be straightforward.

This page explains our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase directly from CannonBalm and CannonBalm isn’t right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery.

Our voluntary guarantee covers your first qualifying jar.

We’ll refund the price you paid for that jar.

You can keep the jar.

There’s no need to return it, and giving it to somebody else is a suggestion — not a condition of receiving your refund.

The guarantee is limited to one voluntary guarantee claim per household.

If your first qualifying order contains more than one jar, the guarantee covers one jar only. Let us know which jar your claim relates to.

Delivery charges, including express or international shipping charges, are not included in the voluntary money-back guarantee, except where we are required to refund them by law.

How to make a 60-day guarantee claim

Email support@cannonbalm.com.au and include:

  • your order number; and
  • the CannonBalm product your claim relates to.

If you don’t have your order number, contact us anyway. We may be able to locate your purchase from the information you provide.

Once the claim is confirmed, we’ll process the eligible refund to your original payment method wherever possible.

The 60-day guarantee applies to eligible purchases made directly from CannonBalm.

If you purchased CannonBalm from another retailer, please contact that retailer about your purchase. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our 60-day money-back guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The 60-day limit, first-jar limit and one-claim-per-household rule apply only to CannonBalm’s voluntary money-back guarantee. They do not limit remedies you may be entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you believe a product has a fault, email support@cannonbalm.com.au and tell us what happened.

Please provide your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase and enough information for us to understand the issue.

A photo can be helpful where relevant, but we won’t use unnecessary procedural requirements to limit rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the Australian Consumer Law requires CannonBalm to cover reasonable return costs or provide another remedy, we will do so.

These claims are separate from the voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee. Making a previous 60-day guarantee claim does not prevent you from exercising your Australian Consumer Law rights on a later purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible.

Once CannonBalm has processed your refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds in your account.
