ULTIMATE and MUSCLE-AID are highly concentrated balms. Start with around half a gram for a targeted area.

Apply a very small amount and massage it well into the area.

How often should I apply it?

Everyone’s routine is different. Some customers use their balm a few times a week, others before bed, and others several times throughout the day. Follow the directions on your jar.

Compare application amounts

CannonBalm’s typical starting amount is around 0.5 gram for a targeted area.

Voltaren Emulgel’s directions specify 2–4 grams, depending on the area treated, with an example covering approximately 400–800 cm².
