Save 20% with a CannonBalm subscription.

When a subscription option is available for a product, you can choose the frequency shown on the product page and checkout.

Subscription orders receive 20% off the current one-time retail price of the subscribed product.

If the one-time retail price changes, the subscription price may change accordingly. We’ll provide any notice required before an affected recurring charge.

By starting a subscription, you authorise recurring charges at the frequency you selected until the subscription is cancelled.

Payment details are processed and stored securely through Shopify and supported payment providers. CannonBalm does not receive your full card number.

You can manage your subscription through your customer account.

Before the next scheduled charge, you can:

• skip an order;
• pause the subscription;
• change available subscription details; or
• cancel the subscription.

There is no minimum number of subscription orders and no early-cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops future unprocessed subscription orders.

If an order has already been processed, contact support@cannonbalm.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll help where we can, and any completed order remains subject to the applicable Returns & Refunds policy.

Australian retail subscription orders use the same shipping rates as other Australian retail orders: A$10 standard shipping, free on orders A$120 and over.
