What is your money-back guarantee?

If you purchase directly from CannonBalm and it isn’t right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Our voluntary guarantee covers your first qualifying jar, with one claim per household. You can keep the jar.

Delivery charges are excluded, except where a refund is required by law. This guarantee is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How do I make a guarantee claim?

Email support@cannonbalm.com.au with your order number and the product your claim relates to. If you don’t have your order number, contact us anyway.

How much is Australian retail shipping?

Standard shipping is A$10, or free on retail orders of A$120 and over.

Express shipping is A$15, or A$5 on retail orders of A$120 and over.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time then depends on your destination and the carrier network. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
